Welcome to Kismo("App")

Kismo is operated by Kerberos G.P. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Child Safety Standards Policy ("Policy") govern the measures we take for the safety of minors, within the context of our platform.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Age Restrictions

Our platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not allow minors under this age to create accounts or access our services. In the event we discover that a user is under the required age, we will immediately remove their account and prevent further access.

Parental Consent

We do not collect personal data from users under the age of 18 unless explicit parental consent is obtained. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the legal age, we will promptly delete the data and ensure compliance with child privacy regulations.

Reporting Underage Users

If you suspect a user on our platform is underage, please report this immediately using support@kerberos.tech. We take such concerns seriously and will investigate any reports promptly to ensure the safety of our community.

Data Protection for Minors

We employ stringent security measures to protect the personal information of all users, including minors, from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Our platform uses advanced encryption and access control protocols to safeguard personal data.

Content Moderation

We implement a combination of automated systems and human oversight to monitor interactions and ensure that all content shared on our platform adheres to safety standards.

In-App Mechanism for User Feedback

To foster a safer community, we provide an easy-to-use in-app support/feedback system for users to report any concerns, including incidents related to child safety or inappropriate conduct. This feedback is promptly reviewed by our moderation team.

Addressing CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material)

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAM. Our platform uses Google's SafeSearch Detection to detect and block the sharing of explicit content, including CSAM. This tool analyzes images uploaded to our platform and automatically flags content that appears to be illegal or inappropriate.

When CSAM is detected or reported, we take immediate action: the content is removed, the offending account is suspended or permanently banned, and, when necessary, the appropriate authorities are notified.

Data Usage

We do not sell, share, or use personal data from users under 18 for marketing purposes or third-party commercial activities. The privacy of minors is a priority for us, and we ensure that any data we collect is handled responsibly and securely.

For information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Legal Compliance

Our platform complies with all relevant child safety laws and regulations, including, but not limited to:

  • - COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)

U.S. law that protects the privacy of children under 13.
