Kismo is operated by Kerberos G.P. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Subscription Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our subscription services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans:

  • - Basic
  • - Gold
  • - Platinum

Subscriptions are available on both a monthly and annual billing cycle.


  • 1.1 Auto-Renewal

    Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fees, including applicable taxes, until you cancel.


  • 1.2 Payment and Billing

    Payments are processed through the in-app payment systems of Apple or Google. The subscription price includes applicable taxes.


  • 1.4. Changes

    We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees at any time, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws. You will receive reasonable advance notice of any price changes, which will be communicated through the app, our website, or other prominent means. If you do not agree with the updated fees, you may cancel your subscription before the new rates take effect.

Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through our app must be requested directly from Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly

If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll have to request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple's support page.

- If you purchased a subscription on Google Play:
If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll have to request it directly from Google. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Google's support page.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly via your Apple or Google account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for canceled subscriptions.

User Eligibility

To subscribe to our services, you must:

  • - Be at least 18 years old
  • - Agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Termination of Subscription

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our subscription services if:

  • - You breach any of these Terms.
  • - We suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity in your account.
  • - We are required to do so by law or due to unforeseen technical issues.

In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


  • 6.1 Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall take place in Greece, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Changes to Subscription Plans and Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time. Any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any price changes, and if you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Privacy and Data Collection

We value your privacy. For information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • - Your use or inability to use our services.
  • - Unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • - Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services.
  • - Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.
