  Kismo records your location only when you open the app. Once your location is recorded, other nearby users can see your presence in their radar.




• 3.2 Account Security

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

Use of certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to our Subscription Terms of Service, which outline the details of our subscription plans, billing, and cancellation policies.

When using the App, you agree not to:

• - Engage in any activity that violates any law or regulation.

• - Access or attempt to access any other user's account without authorization.

• - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

• - Use the App for any fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

All content, features, and functionality on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Kerberos G.P. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• 6.1 User-Generated Content

  If you upload or post any content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and providing the App services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• - You violate these Terms.

• - We detect unauthorized use of your account.

• - We need to do so for security or technical reasons.

In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any associated data may be deleted.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kerberos G.P. , its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• - Your use of the App.

• - Your violation of these Terms.

• - Your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• 12.1 Dispute Resolution

  Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall take place in Greece, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the App.
